When will NRG Yield change its name?
As announced on August 31, 2018, NRG Yield, Inc. changed its name from NRG Yield, Inc. to Clearway Energy, Inc. Beginning on September 17, 2018, the Company will begin trading under the new name and ticker symbols CWEN and CWEN.A for its Class C and Class A common stock, respectively, on The New York Stock Exchange. The new CUSIPs for the Company’s Class C and Class A common stock will be 18539C 204 and 18539C 105, respectively.

NRG Yield’s common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “NYLD”. The CUSIP number for Class A (NYLD.A) is 62942X306. The CUSIP number for Class C (NYLD) is 62942X405.
Does NRG Yield pay a common stock dividend?
